","I would like to hear more often from our city council rep and what they are working on for us. I also would like to understand the long term vision for Raymore's development: streets and businesses. ","I am so happy with the emails communicating events in the city!","You’re doing great!","FYI: raymore.com has a lot of broken links on Google right now. They go straight to a 404 page.","It’s ok to send info overload. What ever you think is too much is probably just right considering there is so little communication today. I would also do an @everyone on your facebook posts so we make sure to see them.","Letting people vote with online surveys about upcoming buildings, traffic problems, a new businesses.","Raymore Recreation park is Great during the Day, Try living Nearby and listening to All the Wild “stuff “ going on at the Pickle ball Courts, Screaming Profanity half the Night, a real Crap show over there, Police should drive by the Park way more often around Midnight and check it out","I want a way to easily be able to voice concerns or ideas to improve Raymore. I posted a long time ago about how disgusted I am at the abuse of power of our tax money going to fund flock cameras and I have been ignored. I was also at the 10 year planning committee and haven't heard anything that had come from that. Are we not looking to improve our city only become part of the surveillance state? Very disappointed in local government for these things. ","Would be nice to know what new businesses are being entertained for coming to Raymore ","A heads up and longer range look with valued citizen input, and explanation of what is in the realm of legal control vs. public opinion of what is legal (IE: Why are their developments of x y or z going in?)","Have our council members write what’s happening in our area, and what some of the issues they are investigating. Via Email or newsletter. ","Personally I worry about elected officials sharing information as they may also share their opinion or not provide correct information. Information straight from the City is normally correct with no opinions inserted. I really like the emails a resident can sign up for. ","Encourage more opportunities for two-way communication through neighborhood meetings, and opportunities for residents to submit questions and receive responses. ","Love the weather calls, keep up the good work on this.","We hear little from the City. As a citizen and taxpayer we shouldn't have to chase down information about our community. It should be sent to us timely. Not just posted on a social media site or sent in an untimely provided local magazine. By the time things are sent things are long past. ","Yeah--get us a newspaper.","N/A","I appreciate the suggestions. For someone who wants to be better informed about our city, I struggle to consistently use the great resources we already have, like The Review, the website, and social media. Do we have a city app or dashboard for things like construction maps, development proposal trackers, budgets, or citizen portals? We probably do, and I’m just unaware.\n\nAnother idea might be a weekly reminder alert that encourages residents to check one city resource. For example: a Sunday evening prompt to skim the city website for five minutes, a Monday reminder to check the city’s Facebook page, or a monthly nudge to read the planning commission agenda. Not new content—just a simple reminder to stay connected","Do NOT allow the naysayers to discourage you. The City of Raymore is a wonderful place to live. We are so glad we moved here over 25 years ago. ","I strongly dislike the changes done on Dean. The signs are confusing at best and having only one entrance on Dean going north is infuriating.","No I'm pretty happy with everything. I do appreciate the reminder of the water bill by telephone.","I feel I am fairly informed about the goings on. A friend living at Foxwood keeps me updated thru Foxwood communications also. ","N/a","The 58 highway construction work was a mess. It’s still a mess. It’s been over a month and they are still cutting holes in it. How did it take less time, and less interruption for crews to resurface I49 than for 58 highway? Communication on this project from Raymore City Officals was awful. ","Why are you making a disaster out of the Outter Road, with make shift turn lanes? The infrastructure can’t handle the housing and building you are allowing. ","Better information about street improvements would be nice","Monthly newsletter","Don't waste tax payer money on mailings.","What is important may be different for everyone. If there is an opt-in for specific topic updates via text, that would be helpful to avoid communication fatigue ","None","Facebook is a great way for the city to communicate with residents. However, not everyone uses social media, so I believe the city should also add a \"Monthly Updates\" section to its website where residents can find important news, announcements, and project updates.\n\nThere is also the challenge of reaching people who do not have internet access, do not own a computer, or may not be comfortable using technology. For those residents, the city could consider using a mass call system similar to the emergency notification system to share important community information. This would help ensure that all residents have access to city updates and are kept informed, regardless of how they receive information.","Don't even offer 'Local Newspaper' as a choice. There ISN'T a paper here. ","Nothing at this time","Information on developments and road construction is helpful","The RAC center should be available to EVERYONE in the community M-F from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.","Nothing about improving communications, but the way the medians were installed on Dean Avenue by Walmart is so stupid it's mindblowing. I go to Walmart by turning north on Dean Ave from Lucy Webb. Apparently I'm not allowed to visit Walmart any longer??? Both entrances from Dean Ave are blocked from north bound traffic. Whose brilliant idea was that??? I saw about 20 cars do a U-turn around the median to enter into the south entrance. Is that supposed to be safer? There has to be a better way. I can't believe I haven't seen more outrage - maybe because that Walmart is so horrible no one from Raymore goes there because everything is now locked up due to theft. I will be going out of my way to the Walmart on 150 \u0026 291 and spend my tax dollars there from now on. "]}]}]
